ESPAS research program objective is to develop an electronic access system for processing and disseminating data from space-observing scientific collecting equipment, operating either on terrestrial observatories or in spaceships and satellites. All data refer to scientific observations in near Earth space and are provided by public research centers and universities in Europe and the US.
