The purpose of the actions was prevention and diagnosis of the phenomenon of school violence in both the Regional Directorates of Primary Education and Secondary Education and at the School Unit level, with active involvement of all interested parties. Key objectives of the Actions were:
- creation of a permanent structure to prevent and combat school violence nationwide,
- training of education officials and teachers who will form the basis for the creation and sustainability of a school violence and bullying (SVB) prevention and response structure,
- recording, prevention, early diagnosis and dealing at an early stage of the SVB phenomena, and
- awareness and active participation of the educational community, the family and the extended community.
